"My sons, ages 15 & 14, and I stayed at the Regal Inn for the first time last week & we're already talking about a repeat trip NEXT summer! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is perfect & the pool is by far the best. 3 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes to the boardwalk, yet quietly tucked 'away' from the noise & bustle. We didn't want to go & can't wait to return. Zero complaints!"

"Upon first arrival, front desk was kind. Room seemed clean when we checked in around 2 PM. We unpacked and went out for late lunch. Came back, showered and went out to walk around and enjoy night life and dinner. Got back around 11:30 pm. Went to go to bed and there were quite visible stains on the bottom fitted sheet. No phones in the room, no one around to contact. We took the sheet off the bed! We left the next morning to go to breakfast and left housekeeping sign with a note on the bed about the stained sheet. We just asked for a clean one please and some fresh towels. After coming back from the morning and walking around (at least 2 hours being gone,) the room still hadn’t been cleaned. Ok. So we left again and went to the beach. We came back almost 4 hours later, (and now it’s 4, 430 pm) and still the room hasn’t been touched. At this point I don’t care about cleaning the room, however I’d just like clean, not stained sheets and some fresh towels. So when I go to the front desk, and politely wait for two people to finish checking in so I don’t say anything negative in front of them, I explained how our room was never cleaned and about the stained sheets. I felt I was given no reaction at all, instead just asked what room #, what kind of sheet I needed, and how many towels did I need. My complaint is that the stains on sheets were CLEARLY visible and I would have thought I would have at least gotten an apology. Instead I felt like it was just no big deal. Actually, it’s disgusting. I hate complaining but feel this is justified. I would not want to stay her again."
