All of our Double Queen Rooms have 2 Queen Beds and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor facing the pool. As amenities they all have flat screen TV (limited channels), dual AC/heater, access to high-speed Wifi, microwave, mini fridge (dorm size) and full bath.

All of the rooms are non-smoking, smoking it's only permitted on the outside porch.

There is no elevator in the building, stairs only!
We do not have ADA compliant rooms and none of them are handicap accessible!
We do not accept animals on the property excepting service animals!

Both of our King Bed with Jacuzzi are located on the 2nd floor on the backside of the building in a quiet corner. As amenities both of them have flat screen TV (limited channels), dual AC/heater, access to high-speed Wifi, microwave, mini fridge (dorm size) and full bath. We want to emphasize the fact that our Jacuzzi rooms have different layouts. One of them have a Jacuzzi in the bedroom and the other one has the Jacuzzi in the bathroom. We cannot guarantee getting a specific room, it's subject to availability on arrival!

Our mini-units are located either on the 2nd or 3rd floor on the backside of the building. This unit has separate bedroom with one double bed and outside there is another room with 1 Queen and one Twin size bed. It also comes with kitchenette (small dorm-size fridge, portable hot plate, microwave, coffee maker and toaster). Our apartment is located on the ground floor and it can sleep up to 6 people. In the bedroom you'll find a large King Bed and in the living area we have 1 bunk bed and 1 queen bed. As amenities we have high-speed Wifi, flat screen tv (limited channel options0, dual AC/heater, Full Kitchen, Full fridge, microwave, four burner stove with oven and a large dining table for 6 person. Also, the kitchen is equipped with pots, fry pan, dinner plates, bowls, mugs,spoons, forks, knives etc
The unit is not wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant. The bathroom for the apartment is on the second floor, you have to climb 15 stairs to get to it.
We do not allow smoking in the apartment!
This is not a pet friendly unit!
