2) Cancellation and Amendment:
We require 14 days notice or guest will be responsible for full charges.
Cancellation or modification fee any time after booking will be 50% of total amount.

Built in 1985, the Regal Inn has been a home away from home for many of our guests who return year after year. Stephen Jones says the Regal is "where strangers become friends". Our guests are pleasantly surprised to find that so many nice people are often staying at the Regal. We are very happy about that, also. Our guests claim our pool is the "Best in Hampton Beach" (Seasonal heated pool is open from June 15 till Labor day weekend.). If a pool is important to you, you will be very happy at the Regal Inn. We also have a 4 person hot tub for our guests to enjoy.Hot tub is open everyday from June15-Sep15 and ( from May15-June14 and Sep16-Sep 30 Friday and Saturday only.)

We have outdoor gas grills for our Hotel guests to enjoy outdoor barbecue and grilling.
All rooms have Full bathroom, Air conditioner, Heat, Flat screen TV, Microwave and Refrigerator.
Although there are no Ocean views from our rooms, we are just a short (Five minute) walk to the beach. Actually, the fact that we are not on Ocean Boulevard provides our guests with a location that is quieter than most at Hampton Beach..
The Children's Playground is a 5 minute walk away. We also have Jacuzzi suites, two-room mini unit and one bedroom apartment with full kitchen available.
More tough choices: Our Jacuzzi/Hot tub, the pool? The beach, shopping, boating, fishing, and restaurants are all within a short walk.

Rules:
- All rooms are non smoking however smoking on the balconies is allowed.
- No pets. No emotional support animal per NH law. Only service dog with proper I.D allowed.
- Quiet time after 11pm.
- Check in at 3pm check out at 10am.
- No unregistered guests allowed on the property.
- Parking for one car allowed per room. Register the car and display permit on dashboard.
- Occupancy for 2 adults. $15 charge for extra adults, $10 for child below 12 years age.
- No daily service for 2 nights stay. Towels and Supply provided on third day.
